Learn how to make Mutton Kabab recipe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />3 tbsp Oil <br />2 tbsp Ginger Garlic crush <br />Coriander leaves <br />1 Onion <br />1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder <br />1 tbsp Mix Masala <br />Salt to taste <br />5 tbsp Chana Dal <br />1/2 kg Mutton Kheema <br />3 Eggs <br />Bread Crumbs <br />Water <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a pressure cook heat some oil. <br />- Add ginger garlic crush, coriander leaves, onion, coriander seeds powder, mix masala, chana dal & salt. Mix everything well. <br />- Add mutton kheema and mix well. <br />- Add water and again mix well. <br />- Close the lid and let the kheema cook on 5-6 whistles. <br />- Once the kheema is cooked put it in another pan. <br />- Keep stirring the kheema on slow flame till it becomes thick & starts to leave the sides of the pan. <br />- Allow the kheema to cool down. <br />- Then put in the mixer grinder. Add bread crumbs. Grind everything well. <br />- Take the mixture on a plate. Add coriander leaves and mix well. <br />- Make small size kababs. Dip it in the egg batter and then coat with bread crumbs. <br />- Shallow fry the kababs on medium hot oil till golden brown. <br />- Delicious Mutton Kababs are ready.
